What To Expect
Send us a message by filling out our contact form or booking a discovery call. We will reach out within 48-72 business hours to learn if we are a good fit for you or your family. If you’d like to pursue services, we will schedule a comprehensive evaluation and forward the intake forms through our user friendly patient portal. Before your appointment, please fill out all of the intake paperwork and email us any important medical records you would like us to review. If you need to cancel, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
Our initial evaluations typically take 45 to 60 minutes; evaluations may extend to 120 minutes if there are multiple assessments to complete. Evaluations start with reviewing the intake forms with the client or caregiver, followed by formal and/or informal assessments. Comprehensive Evaluation reports are delivered in 2- 6 weeks. We will discuss the results of the report, goals, and duration of services during the therapy sessions.
Follow up sessions are 30, 45, or 60 minutes dependent upon the therapists recommendations and the services required.
The Mouth Rehab is an out-of-network provider at this time and is private pay only. We do accept HSA/FSA. Additionally, we are pleased to offer superbills upon request. We recommend checking with your insurance provider to understand the coverage available for out-of-network speech services under your plan before beginning services.
Services are primarily conducted in our Ashburn office, where all formal assessments and therapy sessions take place. We now have an option of fully online myofunctional evaluations and assessments are available as a convenient option. In-home visits are reserved exclusively for infants six weeks and under, within a 15-mile radius of the office. A travel fee may apply outside of this radius.
To find out if our services are the right fit for you or your child, we encourage you to reach out for a discovery call or complete our form to receive an inquiry packet before scheduling a comprehensive evaluation. We’re here to support you and your family every step of the way with compassionate, personalized care.

Our Clients’ Testimonials
“She really knows her stuff. She always goes above and beyond her duties. I rave about her services wherever I go.”
Jonathan
“Bryanna is not only a skilled professional with a heart of gold, but also a compassionate provider that makes my son feel safe, a knowledgeable and reliable resource in this field, an advocate, someone who provides multiple perspectives, and a well resourced and connected SLP. I am so grateful that our paths crossed some time ago and that I thought of her services when my little one needed support in this realm. My son perks up when he knows “Miss Bryanna” is coming and doesn’t even realize he is practicing pivitol life skills. As subtle as this sounds, it is piviotal for the positive associations he builds with the exercises, and ways we play/learn/engage with the concepts in home as well. I am so grateful for having a provider like Bryanna and refer everyone I can her way.”
Clarke
Bryanna’s passion shines through in everything she does, however the amount of expertise and excitement that she brings to work with her every day is remarkable. It’s rare to see a therapist who is just as adept at working with adults as she is with babies. Her ability to create a comfortable and supportive environment would make any client eager to attend therapy.
Alicia
A true one of a kind provider and person. Bryanna not only has the most in-depth and well-rounded knowledge of any provider I have come across, she is also amazingly personable and caring. I am amazed by her each and every session. Her energy keeps our time together fun and engaging and her exercises/ideas are easily implemented into our day and the results speak for themselves! Myself, my 3 year old, and my 1.5 year old have all made life-changing improvements during our time with Bryanna. She goes above and beyond to give advice on my thoughts. We are beyond lucky to have Bryanna in our circle and know that she plays a key role in our families Myofunctional journey.
Paige
“We were so fortunate to have Bryanna provide food therapy for our child and it became evident very quickly that she drives her care with her whole heart and dedication. Not only did Bryanna use her expertise to drive our child’s care but she also made it a point to support us (the parents) by providing resources and continued communication throughout the week. The tools our family gained through food therapy with Bryanna are absolutely priceless and are now fundamentally engrained in our day to day life. Our child is so much more confident and curious when exploring new food (texture) and that is something we have The Mouth Rehab to thank for.”
Katherine

“Bryanna has made such an impact on my 2-year-old daughter. She went from not saying much and being quiet to now talking in complete sentences. Bryanna gives me strategies for at home as well and I can see the difference much faster than expected. Bryanna plays a key role in the success of my child.
Once you meet her you will never turn back!”

“I worked with Mouth Rehab as my speech pathologist after having my tongue-tie removed, and they have been fantastic. They have helped me correct my lisp and provided a variety of exercises to strengthen my tongue muscles. My insurance covered this service by another provider, but I chose to continue sessions with Mouth Rehab out-of-pocket because the quality was exceptional. Despite having the option to switch to a provider covered by my insurance, I kept postponing the change because of the excellent experience I had with Moth Rehab. I highly recommend Mouth Rehab services due to the immensely positive impact they had on my speech therapy journey”
